household move, from a few pieces shifting from one floor to another
in your building to interstate and international relocations. While
all moves have elements in common, each is unique and Despatch will
work to ensure that the details making your move special are handled
appropriately. We can advise you how best to reduce the cost of
moving, and can assure you quality service by experienced movers.
Pricing
Local moves are priced by time
and materials required to complete the job. Interstate moves are
calculated with a tariff based on the weight and mileage of the
shipment combined with particulars like stairs or elevators, bulky
objects (pianos, lawnmowers, etc.) and whether your locations are
accessible to a tractor-trailer. Pricing international shipments is
similarly based on weight and distance, but has an even greater range
of variables. Despatch will arrange or suggest third-party services
when required for electrical, appliances, playsets, custom cabinetry,
etc.
Relocation
Services
If your company is involved in
transferring employees on a somewhat regular basis, Despatch would
like to assist as your relocation service provider. We can work with
you to develop a contract for services with NorthAmerican Van Lines
that can add value to and reduce the administration of the relocations
that your company does.
