Let Despatch help you make best use of the little space you have!

Our automated record storage system allows you to archive seldom needed documents off-site in our warehouse, yet still retrieve what you need when you need it with as little as 1/2 day notice. We provide delivery and retrieval of the cartons, bar-coded labels and transmittal forms for itemization of each carton's contents to your designated contact upon request.

Clients' record storage cartons are kept on steel shelving within Despatch's fireproof warehouse. A barcode retrieval system ensures that we can find any particular carton when it is required.

Our record storage clients are billed a low monthly fee for the cartons in storage and whatever delivery/retrieval services incurred.

Our record storage cartons are one-piece and self-lidded. They accommodate over a cubic foot of letter or legal sized files yet are still manageable for most clients to manipulate.
